Rosenthal appoints Lotte Franch as new CEO
Selb, July 14th, 2023. The German porcelain manufacturer Rosenthal announces the appointment of Ms. Lotte Franch as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1st, 2023. She will succeed the current CEO Mads Ryder, who will continue in an advisory role until the end of September to ensure a seamless transition.
In her most recent position as Chief Operating Officer at Rosenthal GmbH, Lotte Franch played a pivotal role in leading operational functions and orchestrating effective improvements for the company.

With a track record spanning over 35 years, Lotte Franch brings extensive international experience and expertise to her new role. The Dane has worked in several countries, including Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden, and the United States.
Lotte Franch is a multilingual leader, fluent in four languages. Her diverse background and deep understanding of different markets make her an ideal fit for Rosenthal's continued expansion and innovation.
