A Perfect Christmas! Classy table decoration with Rosenthal, Sambonet and Arzberg
Rosenthal Heritage Collection - Midas
For his collection „Midas“ the Italian designer took reference from the Greek mythology of King Midas, who was given by Dionysos the power to turn everything he touched into gold. On the classic baroque shape of Sanssouci, Gianni Cinti created a pattern that plays with different gradients of gold: just traces of gold, hint or full golden - like fingertips - on the plates and cups. The pattern has a handcrafted character that is explicitly imperfect in its perfection of handpainted golden lines at the handles of the sugar bowl or the coffee- and teapot. Each item is individually decorated repeating the motif of the golden leaves and branches.
Rosenthal - Francis Carreau Beige
Historical references and modern elegance come together in the Carreau pattern on the Francis design to create a classically luxurious yet simple-looking table arrangement. The interplay of shaded and unshaded checked areas in delightful beige with a delicate gold outline produces a kaleidoscopic colour effect. Subtle white surfaces bring a calming and airy feeling to the design and create an exciting contrast between light and dark, which is wonderfully complemented by the clear lines of the Francis design.
Sambonet - Royal
Elegant and full of charm, Royal reinterprets the classical style creating perfect and refined, yet simple, mise en place. A delightful retro hint, now more contemporary than ever, for a cutlery suitable for every occasion. Thanks to the double line relief and the original Sambonet stamp on the knives handle, the collection expresses the best of the brand's manufacturing excellence and enhances its heritage.
Sambonet - Velvet
Sambonet Velvet cutlery embraces the minimal chic philosophy, where the harmony of shapes meets a refined yet simple aesthetics, ideal for casual and contemporary table settings. The collection matches with any style with harmony and elegant discretion, always adding a touch of good taste and personality. White porcelain, pastel shades or delicate floral patterns: the combinations are endless.
Sambonet - Gio Ponti
The charming centrepiece gives rise to a capsule collection dedicated to the Gio Ponti design. Sophisticated design objects that, in addition to perfect lines, feature trending colours to change the look of a table setting or simply to lend a character to any type of location. The project of the Centrepiece was unpublished up to 2013, yet it was immediately awarded the most prestigious international Design recognitions, soon becoming one of the most representative creations that the Master has dedicated to the table.
Sambonet - Madame
Reminiscent of the mood and prosperity of 19th-century French salons, Madame - the charming collection of footed bowls and trays by Sambonet - comes into being. Light, elegant and a bit mischievous, like the noblewomen of Marie Antoinette’s court, this footed serveware features contrasting volumes and heights and unique colours.
Arzberg - Tric Sunshine & Tric Moonlight Collection
The Tric Sunshine and Tric Moonlight collections bring glamour into everyday life. The popular gift collection Tric Sunshine in shining gold now gets a stylish combination partner in silver and is extended by three items. While the golden version looks noble and warm, the new platinum-titanised Tric Moonlight exudes chic coolness and independence. From now on, both versions will also come with a gourmet bowl and bowls in two different sizes.
